Northern Indiana Power From the Past
20th Annual

Farm Toy Show
January 18, 2009

As many as 2,000 visitors attended the 20th annual Farm Toy Show in Winamac.

Toy Show ... To be a kid again

It sure seems like the annual Farm Toy Show in Winamac always falls around the coldest, snowiest time of winter. But the enthusiasm and fond memories engendered by the event never fail to warm hearts and provide some winter delight.

Sponsored by the Northern Indiana Power from the Past (NIPFP), last Sunday’s 20th annual show in Winamac drew hundreds of visitors from across northern Indiana, plus vendors from Indiana and surrounding states who filled over 150 tables with their displays. The show continues to grow, now including all toys, not exclusively “farm” toys.

NIPFP also sponsors the summer’s Antique Power Show in Winamac. Celebrating its 32nd anniversary in 2009, this summer’s Power Show will be July 16-19, in the Winamac park.
Both the Toy Show and Antique Power show have become two of Pulaski County’s most important tourist attractions.
