The Pulaski County
Chamber of Commerce sponsored its first-ever "Adventures in
Scarecrows" for two weeks in October. Over 60 businesses and
organizations from Francesville, Medaryville, Monterey and Winamac
participated in the event to promote fun and community pride. The
scarecrows also demonstrated there is no lack of creativity and
ingenuity among the participants!
