Celebrate Arts

With its “Celebrating the Arts” event May 2, 2009in Winamac, Psi Iota Xi Sorority proved once again that the artistic soul in all of us thrives in small communities as well as large - whether we make the art, or admire the art. This sketch by West Central High School student Courtney Miller won “Best of Show” honors among the county-wide student art entries.
