The Lady Warriors of Winamac Community High School won the sectional basketball championship Feb. 14 with a 42-41 victory over Boone Grove.

The Winamac team bowed out of tournament action with a 60-45 loss to Fairfiled at the Culver regional, completing their season with a 19-5 record.
